Vandals!
I've been admiring my young cabbages as they've grown stronger by the day, and only yesterday I was marvelling at how healthy they looked (having reached a diameter of more than 30cm).
This is what they looked like this morning:
I must say, that was some speedy work - three cabbages gone in one night! Several of my snow peas and sugar snap peas have been similarly munched.
.... sigh ....!

Oh no! What ate them?
I'm not sure what ate them! I put out some (supposedly pet-friendly) smail and slug pellets last week, so maybe it was a very hungry caterpillar ....
i suffer from hungry possums at my place. they ate ALL my heabs in one night.
Spray the plants with a little chilli power diluted in water and see if the little buggers eat them then! (just remember to wash them before you eat them!!)
are there any wrascally wabbits in the area???
oh how sad! that's exactly what my beautiful kale looks like at the moment thanks to my very unruly baby boy goat, Mongo.
