Too often overlooked

I found a small but interesting record of some valuable contributions to the war effort:

A wonky end to a busy week

After a week with our nieces, who kept us busy and in school holiday mode, the house seems strangely quiet tonight.

Today we took the girls home to their little town in north-western Victoria, which looks amazingly green now that the drought seems to have broken (it was flooded a couple of weeks ago). B & S were very keen to get back to their horses, and I met their pet bison, Wonky.

On the way home I found some great treasures at a little rural second-hand shop. More details soon ....
