Even though our new holiday house is a few streets away from the beach (with no water views!) I still find myself thinking of it as our 'beach cottage'.

I've been dreaming of ways to give it a really light, airy and relaxed feel without it looking too contrived, chintz-y or chi chi. I find loads of inspiration everywhere .... now I just have to work out how to pull it all together on a budget!
