Captured!
Australian artist Anna-Wili Highfield makes delicately beautiful sculptures out of paper and thread:
I love the way she uses texture and a sense of movement to add life to her pieces ... they seem to have been captured in a split second.

Paper dolls

Some of my favourites are created by Crankbunny:
Do you know of any good paper doll makers?

Paper cuts
Today I found the incredibly delicate paper artworks of Hina Aoyama:
She cuts each intricate piece by hand with a small pair of scissors.
(insert enthusiastic French accent here ....) Incredible!
