Biomimicry - nesting
Yesterday's encounter with a wasp got me thinking about wasp and hornet nests. I found some beautiful images online* of some amazing structures:

ReplyDeleteit's funny: wasp and bee nests make me feel nauseous when I look at them. I TOTALLY agree about the amazingness of their architecture, though, but I think it's my phobia of being stung that still gives me the heebee jeebees
