We've had no phone connection (and hence no internet access) for the past week or so - it's been really frustrating, especially over the easter break. Most of my studies rely on internet research and online class participation so I've had to be very patient (no thanks to Optus and their very poor idea of 'customer service')....
Anyway, we're glad to be back in the swing of things this evening!
